Europe Migrant Crisis

The number of Mediterranean migrants travelling to Europe by boat has increased dramatically this year. Europe is now facing an enormous dilemma regarding the desperate refugees from the Middle Eastern and North African countries. According to the United Nations, this is the worst refugee crisis since the Second World War. Hundreds and thousands of desperate migrants are fleeing their country to escape devastation of war, abject poverty, systematic abuse and persecution in the hope of a better life. But due to the inhumane concept of nationalism which values national identity over humanity, European governments treat these vulnerable refugees harshly to stop further exodus. Macedonian police forces beating back the refugees, while others have refused entry to their countries by sealing the border or by strengthening maritime petrol in the Mediterranean.

This is the direct result of corrupt manmade values which dehumanize people by refusing them sanctuary even though they are in desperate need of shelter and protection.

The European leaders need to understand that this crisis is the direct result of the colonial wars and the military interventions in the Muslim world by the West as well as the support of brutal dictatorships backed by the western governments in the Muslim lands such as in Syria and Egypt which came back to haunt these governments on their own shores.

Laporan OKI : 17 Juta Muslim Menderita di Pengungsian, Meningkat 34,5% dari 2013

Sebuah laporan terbaru yang dirilis Departemen Urusan Kemanusiaan Organisasi Kerjasama Islam (OKI) mengungkapkan, jumlah para pengungsi di negara-negara Islam selama 2014 mencapai 17.073.686 jiwa.

Sementara itu, jika dibandingkan pada tahun 2013 dengan 12.693.075, jumlah tersebut meningkat 34,5 persen lebih banyak. IINA melaporkan seperti dikutip Mi’raj Islamic News Agency (MINA).

Laporan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan korban merupakan hasil dari krisis dan bencana yang melanda 27 negara anggota OKI termasuk minoritas di Myanmar dan Afrika Tengah. Beberapa wilayah sampai saat ini masih terjadi krisis dan bencana.

Ini fakta yang tidak bisa terbantahkan lagi, bahwa kaum Muslimin telah menjadi korban serta target dari berbagai bentuk penindasan negara-negara kafir dan kroni-kroninya.

Serangan mental berupa stigma teroris, serangan identitas berupa ide "Islam Moderat" dan turunannya, serangan ekonomi berupa penjajahan dan penjarahan kekayaan alam negeri-negeri Muslim, hingga serangan fisik bersenjata seperti genosida di Myanmar, Gaza, Suriah, Afrika Tengah, Xinjiang, Pattani, Mindanao, dan masih banyak lagi!

Kenapa nyawa umat Muhammad Saw saat ini demikian murah tak berharga? Kenapa hidup  belasan juta kaum Muslim demikian hina terkatung-katung di pengungsian?

Sadarilah saudara-saudaraku, semua malapetaka ini berawal dari  28 Rajab 1342 H atau 3 Maret 1924 M yang lalu, saat institusi Khilafah dihapuskan oleh penjahat Kemal Pasha beserta negara-negara kafir penjajah. Sejak itu umat Islam kehilangan institusi yang menerapkan Islam secara kaffah. Umat tak lagi memiliki institusi yang menjadi junnah (perisai) atas negeri, harta, jiwa dan kehormatan mereka.

Mereka pun hidup bercerai-berai dan terpisah-pisah dalam banyak negara hasil rekayasa oleh kafir penjajah. Bahkan antar negara itu acap terlibat konflik dan peperangan. Realitas menyedihkan ini terjadi karena Daulah Khilafah yang menjadi institusi penyatu umat Islam sebagai ummah wâhidah (umat yang satu) telah diruntuhkan. Sejak itu pula umat ini diterpa aneka problem yang terus datang bertubi-tubi tanpa solusi.

Hadis riwayat Abu Hurairah رضي الله عنه: ia berkata: Dari Nabi صلی الله عليه وسلم beliau bersabda: "Sesungguhnyalah seorang pemimpin itu merupakan perisai, rakyat akan berperang di belakang serta berlindung dengannya. Bila ia memerintah untuk takwa kepada Allah azza wa jalla serta bertindak adil, maka ia akan memperoleh pahala. Namun bila ia memerintah dengan selainnya, maka ia akan mendapatkan akibatnya." Pelabuhan Los Angeles | Salah satu pelabuhan tersibuk lintas samudera Pasifik

Port of Los Angeles terletak di San Pedro Bay di permukiman San Pedro, sekitar 20 miles (32 km) di selatan Downtown. Juga disebut Los Angeles Harbor dan WORLDPORT LA, komplek pelabuhan ini menduduki wilayah daratan dan perairan seluas 7,500 acres (30 km2) di tepian pesisir sepanjang 43 miles (69 km). Kedua pelabuhan tersebut membentuk pelabuhan kontainer tersibuk kelima di dunia, dengan volume perdagangan senilai lebih dari 14,22 juta TEU pada tahun 2008. Port of Los Angeles sendiri adalah pelabuhan kontainer tersibuk di Amerika Serikat dan pusat kapal pesiar terbesar di Pesisir Barat Amerika Serikat – The Port of Los Angeles' World Cruise Center melayani sekitar 800.000 penumpang pada tahun 2009.

Kapal barang atau kapal kargo adalah segala jenis kapal yang membawa barang-barang dan muatan dari suatu pelabuhan ke pelabuhan lainnya. Ribuan kapal jenis ini menyusuri lautan dan samudra dunia setiap tahunnya - memuat barang-barang perdagangan internasional.

Kapal kargo pada umumnya didesain khusus untuk tugasnya, dilengkapi dengan crane dan mekanisme lainnya untuk bongkar muat, serta dibuat dalam beberapa ukuran. Jenis-jenis pengangkutan kargo termasuk kapal kontainer dan pengangkutan massal.

No #Sharia for Bangsamoro minorities, Philippine legal experts say

Muslim legal experts have assured Christians and other minorities that religious freedom will be respected in the proposed Bangsamoro region in the southern Philippines island of Mindanao. The establishment of the Bangsamoro, an autonomous Muslim region, is part of the peace deal signed by the Philippine government and Moro rebels last year to end a five-decade old insurgency.

"The proposed Bangsamoro is not even a separate state, much less an Islamic State," Ubaida Pacasem, head of the legal department of the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos, said July 9.

Christians and other religious minorities living in Mindanao — a predominantly Muslim region — have voiced fears they could be subjected to sharia law when the region gains autonomy.

Rodjipay Mangulamas, president of the Bangsamoro Shari’ah Lawyers League of the Philippines, said sharia law would respect religious differences in the region.

"The bottom line here is that the Bangsamoro government is neither about Islam nor about establishing an Islamic state," he said at a recent forum in Cotabato City.

"It's about respect for the long-sought Bangsamoro aspiration for self-determination and freedom from oppression and discrimination," he added. The Philippine government also offered assurances to religious minorities on July 9.

The important lesson that we must take is the struggle to achieve the autonomy or an independent state will never really protect the blood and basic rights of Muslims. As happened in Gaza where “two-state solution” becomes a solution with hundreds of resolutions that have been signed over the years, but STILL failed to protect the blood, land, property, and the rights of Palestinian Muslims.

So we should say that the solution of autonomous or independent state is NOT WORTH solution at all to be championed by Muslims because it only creates false hope and places the fate of the Muslims and their lands in the clutches of the western imperialist power. On the other hand such a solution is not derived from Islam, but from Western imperialist interests as a continuation of 'colonization' of Muslim lands in their clutches.

In the context of Southern Philippines, the mode of granting of autonomy is essentially just a "democracy trap" that is often used by western imperialists specifically to annexing the southern Philippines region which is very rich in natural resources, crippling the movement of Islamic movement groups, and taming Muslim Moro to become more moderate and pragmatic thus believe that democracy is the ideal tools for Islamic struggle. Surprisingly, some Muslims still put hope into a solution like this. Muslim leaders in particular do not feel guilty by relying kuffar and foreign parties to resolve the problems faced by Muslims.
